Pamela DeLuca is an accomplished entrepreneur, strategic leader, and consultant with more than 26 years of diverse experience across the for-profit, non-profit, and entrepreneurial sectors. She joined The Alexander Group in November 2021.
Pamela’s leadership positions include roles in the hospitality industry as Chief Dream Officer and business owner and as Chief Development Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at The Center for Great Expectations, where she played a pivotal role in developing a three-year strategic plan, engaging with the board committees, and expanding the agency’s operational footprint.
As Chief Development Officer, she led a team that raised $1.8 million in philanthropic support and managed all grant submissions, securing $3.3 million in federal and state grants.
Pam’s earlier experience includes leadership roles at the Women’s Venture Fund, NJ Sharing Network, Kessler Foundation, and Ruotolo Associates Inc., where she honed her fundraising, program development, and donor stewardship skills.
In her early career, Pam worked in investment banking at Bankers Trust Company and Banque Indosuez.
