Jonathan’s background includes supporting startups and financial institutions focusing on Talent Acquisition and HR Strategy.

Prior to joining Alex & Red, Jonathan was senior recruiter for BBVA and founder of NewLoop, an AI-powered platform connecting career builders to hiring managers.

Jonathan received a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Houston C. T. Bauer College of Business and his SHRM-CP certification in 2020.

I love learning about the nuances of clients' businesses, developing search strategies, and connecting with passionate leaders from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. It’s like getting paid to receive an MBA-like education every day.
