What We Do
Team & Executive Assessment
For more than 30 years, The Alexander Group has used the Personalysis assessment to help leaders and teams understand how they think, communicate, and make decisions—both in normal conditions and under stress. Using a vivid, color-based framework, Personalysis reveals each person’s natural strengths, communication style, and motivational drivers. It’s a lively and insightful way to understand yourself—and how your team works together.
Each participant completes an individual assessment, and we combine the results into a team graph that highlights collective communication patterns and decision-making styles. In an interactive, in-person seminar, we bring these insights to life—helping leaders and teams build stronger connections, improve collaboration, and work together more effectively.

Team Building Seminars
Before the session, each participant completes the Personalysis assessment online.
Individual profiles are shared directly with participants, and printed copies are provided at the seminar.
We combine individual profiles to create a team composite that reveals collective strengths, blind spots, and working dynamics.
This composite becomes the foundation for an engaging, in-person discussion about how people with different styles can collaborate more effectively.
Our onsite seminar is lively, interactive, and tailored to your organization’s goals—whether you’re building a new team, addressing challenges, or simply looking to strengthen collaboration.
Participants leave with a clear understanding of themselves and a deeper appreciation of how they work together as a team, along with practical strategies to improve communication and performance.
Personalysis offers the depth and impact of more complex assessments and team-building programs—at a fraction of the cost.
