Kyle Robinson leads a team of researchers at The Alexander Group to identify and evaluate high-potential candidates for our clients. He has extensive research experience in the executive search industry, identifying C-Suite executives across all functions, including finance, sales and marketing, communications, legal, information technology and tech ops, human resources, corporate strategy, and business development in various industries.  Mr. Robinson also specializes in executive research in life sciences, with demonstrated success in identifying high caliber talent in all stages of the pharmaceutical life cycle, from Research & Development through Commercialization. 

Prior to his transition into executive search, Mr. Robinson worked as a research and prospect manager in the not-for-profit sector, gaining expertise in designing and implementing prospect management systems for development departments in health care and higher education.

Mr. Robinson earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Concordia University Texas and a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from Texas State University.

Mr. Lepiesza has managed senior executive searches for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 global corporations, including leading law firms, international biopharmaceutical companies, industrial conglomerates and major financial services institutions. His search engagements have spanned the suite of executive, functional and enterprise-wide leadership positions for organizations across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Prior to joining The Alexander Group, Mr. Lepiesza held a series of senior human resources leadership roles, most recently serving as corporate officer and head of talent for a multinational telecommunications corporation.

Sarah Mitchell has more than 20 years of recruiting experience, the majority of which have been with The Alexander Group. As a member of the San Francisco office, she focuses on legal, marketing, human resources, finance and information technology leadership positions across a broad range of industries, with an emphasis on life sciences, professional services and not-for-profits.

Ms. Mitchell has also worked in-house as a recruiter for Amazon.com in Seattle. When she’s not busy finding top talent for our clients’ most critical positions, she can be found on a hike in the Berkeley hills with her husband, in a yoga or Pilates studio, or on stage as a theater actor.

Dr. Allison Robinson is a consultant in The Alexander Group’s Houston office, utilizing her years of research, communication and programmatic management experience in higher education to identify top-tier talent for our clients. She has a strong connection to the not-for-profit sector and has identified CEOs for local and national organizations.

Prior to joining The Alexander Group, Dr. Robinson served as an adjunct professor at University of Houston and Concordia University Texas.

Anthony Ott has more than 10 years of recruiting experience, ranging in industries from architecture & engineering, financial services, and public relations. As a member of the San Diego office, he now focuses on finance, human resources, and marketing for the legal and life science industries.

Mr. Ott has also worked in-house as a recruiter for Northwestern Mutual and previously ran operations for a creative agency in Chicago, that specialized in the hospitality industry. When he is not busy identifying top talent for our clients, he can be found coaching high school basketball, where he has successfully assisted over 20 players in receiving full athletic scholarships to some of the nation’s top universities.

Michael Doering brings a wealth of education administration and leadership experience to his associate role at The Alexander Group. As a thoughtful and effective communicator, Mr. Doering excels at connecting with clients, listening to their needs, and applying that feedback to each search.

Mr. Doering earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University, Nebraska and a Master of Education degree from Concordia University, Texas.

In addition to coaching high school athletics, Mr. Doering is also a wine ambassador for Texas Hill Country wineries.

Jonathan Daniels is an Alexander Group executive search associate specializing in Employer Branding, Compensation & Benefits, Product & Project Management, Workforce Planning, and Recruitment – HR. Jonathan’s background includes supporting startups and financial institutions focusing on Talent Acquisition and HR Strategy.

Prior to joining Alex & Red, Jonathan was senior recruiter for BBVA and founder of NewLoop, an AI-powered platform connecting career builders to hiring managers.

Jonathan received a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Houston C. T. Bauer College of Business and his SHRM-CP certification in 2020.
